Our favorite pliers are always with us, residing in the upper right pocket of the Snickers Allround Work Stretch pants. However, the pocket and the sharp tip of the pliers are not the best of friends, and the long pliers can easily fall out of the pocket. To solve these two problems, we designed a special 3D-printable holster for the pliers:
The insert has a slightly curved shape that allows the spring holding the pliers in a slightly open position to press them just enough to prevent them from falling out on their own. However, the pliers can still be easily removed with one motion when needed:
The insert also holds the pliers securely in the pocket even when they are positioned upside down:
